Paul Laquerre, MBA
Chief Financial Officer
Paul Laquerre is responsible for the management of finance, accounting, and supply chain at Ameridose. He oversees the organization’s financial planning and reporting, as well as day-to-day cash management. Through ongoing analysis, he ensures that Ameridose purchasing is functioning in the most efficient and effective manner possible, while proactively managing supplies to ensure on-demand availability for Ameridose clients. His sourcing initiatives have allowed Ameridose to continue admixing short-supply medications even during national backorder situations. With an MBA with concentration in finance and over 20 years of financial leadership experience, Mr. Laquerre has held critical positions in finance for companies including Sperian Protection and Johnson & Johnson.
Sophia Pasedis, Pharm D, RPh
Vice President of Regulatory Affairs and Compliance
Dr. Sophia Pasedis, BS, Pharm D, RPh, is Ameridose’s Vice President of Regulatory Affairs and Compliance, responsible for ensuring that Ameridose maintains an exemplary compliance record. In Ameridose’s early days, as Vice President of Operations, she developed and implemented Standard Operating Procedures designed to meet USP and cGMP requirements for all Ameridose manufacturing facilities. Registered in 45 states, Dr. Pasedis has extensive regulatory experience and well over 20 years of diverse hospital pharmacy experience.
Dr. Pasedis is in her second term on the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Pharmacy and has served as the organization’s Secretary and President. She is serving a third term on the Massachusetts Board of Medicine’s Quality and Patient Safety Division and is a member of the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy. Prior to joining Ameridose, Dr. Pasedis held the position of Executive Director of Pharmacy Services at South Shore Hospital and of Director of Pharmacy Services at Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary. Dr. Pasedis is the recipient of many impressive awards from past and present employers, including a Meritorious Commendation from United States Secretary of the Navy.
Melanie Cerullo, MS
Vice President of Quality Assurance
As Vice President of Quality Assurance, Melanie Cerullo provides the overall leadership and direction for Ameridose’s Quality Model. This responsibility includes providing a planned, systematic, company-wide approach to compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) by identifying, designing, monitoring, and continually improving all quality systems. The scope of work includes oversight of the following departments, Training, Chemistry and Microbiology Laboratories, Equipment and Process Validation, and Quality Systems Documentation.
Ms. Cerullo has over 15 years experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control in GMP-regulated industry. She has held positions in a diverse range of FDA-approved biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and medical device companies. She has extensive knowledge in applying the GMP quality model to all facets of operations to ensure regulatory compliance as well as continuous process improvements to enhance quality. Ms. Cerullo holds an MS in Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs and is a Certified Quality Auditor.
Seth Traub, MBA
Vice President of Operations
With over 30 years of supply chain management and operations experience, Seth Traub oversees Ameridose’s extensive order processing, receiving, manufacturing, and shipping operations. He has successfully combined operational efficiency with Ameridose’s rigorous quality control requirements, allowing our clients to receive the highest quality preparations at a competitive price. Prior to joining Ameridose, Mr. Traub worked with clients including Bristol-Myers Squibb, Johnson & Johnson, Schering-Plough, and Wyeth Pharmaceuticals. He holds an MBA degree and is certified in Q9000 Internal Auditing, Master Planning, and Just-In-Time. He has authored numerous publications on effective supply chain management.
Todd DeAngelis, MBA
Vice President of Innovation and Customer Experience
As Vice President of Innovation and Customer Experience, Todd DeAngelis is committed to the tireless pursuit and implementation of exceptional customer care at Ameridose. His role involves the ongoing assessment of customer perceptions, processes, and touch points as impacted by all areas of the organization with an ultimate goal of taking customer satisfaction and ease of doing business to a new level of excellence in the industry. Mr. DeAngelis also evaluates company-wide customer-facing processes to ensure that Ameridose is utilizing best practices and the latest innovative techniques and technologies.
Mr. DeAngelis’ career encompasses over 20 years in Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, and Medical Technology with companies including Thomson-Reuters, LMS Medical Systems, and Inflexxion. He is known for his ability to synthesize customer needs into flawlessly-executed deliverable solutions. His recently completed MBA complements the extensive industry experience that he brings to Ameridose.
Geri Weinstein
Director of Human Resources
Geri Weinstein has focused on ensuring that Ameridose is supplied with the quality talent necessary to fuel the organization’s culture of growth and innovation. Ms. Weinstein and her team are credited with successfully identifying individuals who can provide the skills and experience to fill organizational needs as the company has grown, as well as the requisite customer-focus and passion for the business. In addition, she has ensured that HR practices are continuously examined with an eye towards improvement. Nearly 30 years in human resources management have equipped Ms. Weinstein to guide Ameridose through the increasing demands of a growing organization with rapidly changing needs.
Matthew Collins
Chief Information Officer
Matthew Collins is responsible for defining the Ameridose strategy for IT architecture, governance, and compliance, while managing IT Project Management, Software Development, Infrastructure, and IT Operations and Helpdesk departments. His career includes 20 years of experience in Information Technology in roles of increasing responsibility, supporting a variety of high tech, telecommunications, and biotech companies, including Nokia and IBM.
William Douglas
Vice President of National Sales
William Douglas has led the Ameridose U.S. sales and customer service teams since the company’s inception. His mandate has been to build, train, and structure the Ameridose sales team so as to execute the rapid market penetration of Ameridose’s extensive range of quality admixed and repackaged offerings. The sales and customer service teams, under Mr. Douglas, are also responsible for maintaining outstanding levels of client satisfaction through service excellence. His 20 years of sales experience have been marked by notable successes in taking high-growth entrepreneurial teams to the next level of performance.
